1 cup Coriander
1/4 cup Coconut meat
2 Limes Juiced
1/2 Red Bell Pepper
1 Garlic Clove
1 tablespoon Miso
1– 2 cup Water
1/2 Avocado
1 tablespoon Dulse flakes
Pinch Cayenne Pepper

Coriander is a wonderful fragrant herb high in chlorophyll and has been said to pull heavy metals from the body. Miso has a very alkalinizing effect on the body and strengthens the immune system to combat infection. Its high antioxidant activity gives it anti-aging properties. Blended foods are excellent for easy digestion.

Place everything, except the avocado and dulse flakes, in a blender and blend until smooth.
Lastly add the avocado and dulse flakes. Do not over process, just blend until smooth. Garnish with some extra pieces of chopped red bell pepper and avocado.
